Your Challenge
Research is already valued across the organisation. Our task now is to make it a natural and continuous part of how products are developed. The research discipline is still relatively young, creating an exciting opportunity to influence how research is practised, shared and applied across the organisation. You will:
- Plan and lead user-centred research initiatives by identifying opportunities and challenges through user feedback, behavioural data and research
- Select and adapt research methods based on objectives, timelines and available resources
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing and data analysis
- Analyse findings and translate insights into clear recommendations that support product decisions and prioritisation
- Present insights and recommendations in a way that engages different audiences, from designers and developers to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate closely with other researchers, Product Owners, Designers and cross-functional teams to ensure research becomes an integral part of product planning and development
- Help establish and evolve research methods, frameworks and ways of working, making UX Research a natural part of how products are built across the organisation
The Team and Workplace
You will report to the Nordic Head of Product and work closely with Product Owners, designers and stakeholders across multiple markets. There is strong support for the role and a shared ambition to become more proactive, insight-driven and user-centred in how we build products.
This role is based in our Stockholm office, located at Klarabergsviadukten 63. We work in a hybrid setup, spending 3–4 days a week in the office to encourage collaboration and build strong relationships, while still offering flexibility to support work-life balance. Travel is a natural part of the role, with occasional visits to other markets across the Group.
Our culture is value-driven – courage, sustainability, sharing and fun – and we believe in a generous, collaborative way of working.
About You
We believe you have several years of experience working with UX Research, Product Research or a similar discipline within digital product development. You are confident in planning and conducting research independently and know how to turn findings into insights that influence decisions, priorities and product direction.
To thrive in this role, we believe you bring:
- Experience working with both qualitative and quantitative research methods
- A background in digital products, product development or customer-facing digital services
- Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to make research relevant and actionable for different audiences
- An interest in continuous discovery and developing research practices within organisations
- Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English
As a person, you combine strong research skills with a genuine interest in people. You are curious, collaborative and proactive, and enjoy helping teams understand users, challenge assumptions and make better decisions.
Good to know:
Parts of this recruitment process will be held in English, which means that your application as a whole needs to be written in English. We will advert during July and you´re very welcome to apply, but the interview process with Svenska Postkodlotteriet will start in August.
