As a Tech Lead you will take responsibility over a development team and the products to support the development of complex, data-driven, and scalable software systems in the cloud.
We operate in a global environment, and you will work together with our other tech-hubs around the world. KPMG Sweden has offices in both Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö and you have the option to work at any one of our locations or where it is best suited for you.

As a Tech Lead you will have responsibility of the products from a technical perspective and lead a motivated and driven team of developers. You are involved with the solution architecture with support from the cloud architect group and you will influence the test strategy and technology choices as well as improve the code quality of the team. You will be given room to code yourself, while coaching and mentoring the team. We work according to SAFe to adapt to our increasing solution portfolio and you will work closely with internal stakeholders of the team.
Our tech-stack consists of C# .NET Core, React, Django (Python) and Azure cloud amongst several other modern tools and solutions.
The team you will lead is part of the application development area of Lighthouse, which is under constant development and expansion. Joining us, you will lead a team consisting of back- and frontend developers working together with a Product Owner, a Business Analyst, and a Scrum Master. The team is characterized by collaboration, a great atmosphere, and a drive to refine themselves.
We believe you are capable of holding yourself and others accountable while at the same time guiding and coaching people to always strive to be better. You are a person who thrives in building relationships and enjoy collaborating with other people to reach goals and successes. You communicate well with others and you are fluent in written and spoken English.
