We are now looking for a Compliance Manager who wants to help continue the development of our compliance work. As Compliance Manager you work in the IT organization with the responsibility for the adequacy and monitoring of information security within RaySearch Laboratories. Coordinating the development of policies, processes, and work instructions to establish, implement, maintain, and oversee RaySearch Laboratories Information Security System. More specifically, you will:

  • Identify risks of non-compliance
  • Analyze new and changed regulatory requirement that affect the business
  • Continuosly monitor the business´s compliance with regulations and carry out inspections
  • Provide support to the company on legal matters which includes dialogues with our legal team


You belong to our security team, you will also work closely with our quality and legal team as well as our customers´ security departments.
We are currently working remotely due to the ongoing pandemic. Towards the autumn, we will move to our newly built office in Hagastaden.


To succeed in this role, we see that you have solid understanding of Information Security, Data Standards and best practices. Furthermore, you have broad experience and a strong understanding of security concepts as well as you have experience with information security management programs and their various components. Creating information security policies or principles of handling and protecting information is not foreign to you.
You are comfortable with large contact areas and you the ability to communicate complex messages in a simple, clear, and concise manner within the organization.
