As an IT Security Specialist, you will take charge of our IT security area and be involved with improving it across the whole company.

Working as an IT Security Specialist, you will play an important strategic role leading both RaySearch´s and our customers IT security capabilities. You will work with "all things security", where your main responsibility will be secure and harden our IT-environment. You will amongst other things:
You will join and continue the initiative and development of our internal IT security organization, making IT security an in-house expertise. You will be an integral part of our organization, working with and across several teams as a source of expertise in projects. We have ownership of the entirety of our environment, combined with strong collaborations with IT security partners. We are currently working following a hybrid model and when we´re not working remotely, we share some great workspaces in our new office in Hagastaden, Stockholm.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have prior experience of working with IT architecture and security solutions. You have likely worked with both on-prem and cloud solutions. You have knowledge of requirements gathering and analysis of security implementations and documentation. You have also worked with different security policies and standardized frameworks. Some buzzwords: ISO 27001/3100, CISSP, SIEM, IDS/IPS, PKI, FIM DLP or PAM.
Besides the technical aspects, we believe you can take responsibility for your work while at the same time support and coach your colleagues. You are curious of new areas and know the importance of a good teamwork. You communicate well and are solution- as well as goal oriented.
