The area of Cash Management is undergoing a major transformation from a business and market as well as from a technical perspective. This is one of the banks most extensive transitions and we are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst to help design this transformation!
You will work in close cooperation with Payments Business- and Product Owners with focus on identifying business needs, performing investigations, and capturing requirements on IT-solutions. You will be working in the whole process from business analysis and refining the requirements to design together with Solution Architects, CX/UX and the development teams.
You will work with relevant strategies and roadmaps to make it clear for stakeholders and developers how the solution best will solve the requirement setup. When the requirements work is extensive you like and can take lead to coordinate and drive transformation of the requirements work and related process improvements forward. The focus of our work is to facilitate faster deliveries to our clients and develop our future solutions for cash and payment management.

You will be a part of Shared Service and Architecture in Cash Management and Accounts & Payments Domain. Your closest team consists of eight Business Analysts. Shared Service is also made up of Solution Architects and Test Engineers, which you will work close with in cross collaboration and horizontally. We are located in a modern office next to Mall of Scandinavia, Solna. When we are not working remotely, there are restaurants, a modern company gym and the opportunity to participate in group training session every week.
As a person you would describe yourself as analytical, structured as well as driven. You are a good listener and taking initiative is natural for you. You are comfortable working both on your own and in teams as well as collaborating with stakeholders. You have excellent skills in analyzing and describing complex processes into logical and understandable ways. In addition, you have great communication skills and are fluent in English.
You have experience from working as a Business Analyst with IT-development and are used to working in an agile environment. You are skilled in transforming business needs and regulatory requirements into detailed system requirements documentation. It is a bonus if you have experience from working with products and processes within the Payments area and have a good understanding.
