In order to offer our customers the best customer experience possible, your contribution as a Configuration Manager is important. You will work in close cooperation with various development teams across SEB that are developing our solutions. Together with two other Configuration Managers, you will ensure successful releases through effective release planning, deployment scheduling and deployment execution in an environment that has frequent releases.

You will be part of a highly talented configuration and deployment team that is managing all aspects of the end-to-end release process. The team is characterized by cooperation and a willingness to support each other in the pursuit of common goals. We practise an agile way of working. Our office is located in Arenastaden in Stockholm, Solna with several restaurants and a top modern gym.
To succeed as a Configuration Manager, you feel comfortable working in a big organisation with complex solutions. You have worked a couple of years in a similar role with configuration and release management. We believe you have experience of tools for release management like Github, Jira or Azure DevOps.
As a person, you are committed to achieving high quality results and have a pragmatic approach towards problem solving. You work well in a team and are happy to share your knowledge with your co-workers. In this role you will collaborate with many development teams across SEB, therefore it is important that you are a good communicator and are fluent in both written and spoken English.
