As a Test Lead you will have a key role in this journey where you are responsible for developing and introducing new test strategies for our crucial Master Data Platform!
With the help of our Master Data Platform, we collect and make SEB´s product data available to colleagues all over the bank via API´s, Apache Kafka or via SEB´s Data Lake. Our data is crucial for key initiatives such as digitalizing customer journeys and know your customer (KYC) processes. As a Test Lead you are responsible for creating and introducing new end-to-end test strategies for our Master Data Platform. This mean that you among other things will:
Our technical environment today consists of but is not limited to Java 11, Spring Boot, Kafka, Microsoft SQL Server, Data Lake Hadoop, Angular, OpenShift, Tomcat, Splunk, Junit, Swagger, Jenkins, Mainframe IBM z/OS, Cobol and DB2.
You will be part of a cross functional team consisting of developers, Scrum Master, Business Analyst and a Product Owner. We practise an agile way of working with daily standups, reviews and retros. Our office is located in Arenastaden in Stockholm, Solna with several restaurants and a top modern gym.
To succeed as a Test Lead, we believe you feel comfortable working in a big organisation with complex solutions. You have previous experience of a leading role within testing and have knowledge of automated testing and object-oriented programming languages. We believe you have worked in a DevOps environment with CI/CD before.
As a person, you are committed to achieving high quality results and have a pragmatic approach towards problem solving. You have a genuine interest in software testing, an agile mindset and the ability to drive innovation and change in a complex environment. You work well in a team and are happy to share your knowledge with your co-workers.
